Specializing in Support Coordination for adults who live with progressive neurological conditions.

If you are feeling overwhelmed and not quite sure what to do now that you have an NDIS plan, you have come to the right place. We have extensive experience in the Human Service sector, excellent local knowledge, great community networks and a passion for walking alongside you with empathy, professionalism and efficiency.

Jessica has a good grasp of the in's and out's of the NDIS the relevant areas to contact and doesn't shy away from difficult service providers and always has your back if you are having issues with a provider. She is very capable of dealing with the NDIS and also with follow-ups and is across client plans so I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation for all your Coordination requirements.

I just want to say thank you for all that you have been doing for my husband and my family, not only do you put his interest first but you definitely go above and beyond to keep mine as my husbands carer needs meet as well. You definitely try to keep the wheels from not falling off the wagon.

Since we have had you, you have definitely got my husbands day to day more interesting for him and easy for us all, having the knowledge of his Fronto temporal dementia, and understanding his needs.
